MPNP - Morden Community Immigration Pathway

Morden city, Manitoba has introduced a new pathway program for all the interested individuals who are willing to move to Canada but do not have any job offer, or any of their friends or family members staying in Canada.

The Morden Community Immigration Pathway program was designed under Manitoba PNP that works to fill the gap of labour shortages in the city, and the governing body of Morden city will nominate the applicants on the basis of the previous work experience in various fields such as cabinet making, manufacturing, industrial sewing machine operators, welding, childcare as well as daycare workers.

After succeeding in the first round of the application, an applicant will then receive a letter of success along with information about the exploratory visit to Morden City Canada, Manitoba and also an interview with the MPNP.

Morden Manitoba news; The period of the exploratory visit will last anywhere between 5-9 days, during which an applicant will experience a friendly, safe, as well as the diverse culture in Morden, Morden Manitoba Canada.   • An applicant must age between 21 to 45 years;
  • An applicant must not have any sort of connection with any other place in Canada;
  • An applicant must have pursued a minimum of one-year diploma or post-secondary degree course;
  • An applicant must score a minimum of 5 bands in each module of the General IELTS exam;
  • An applicant must have the intention of residing and working in Morden, Manitoba;
  • An applicant must disclose the settlement funds as per the requirements listed by MPNP. These funds are in addition to the actual funds required for expenses during the exploratory visit;
  • $10,000 - Principal Applicant
  • $2,000 - Each added dependent and
  • An applicant is required to have 2 years of fresh work experience in the field of welding and residential or commercial carpentry.

For all the other professions

  • An applicant must age between 21 to 45 years;
  • An applicant must not have any sort of connection with any other place in Canada;
  • An applicant must have pursued a minimum of one-year diploma or post-secondary degree course;
  • An applicant must score a minimum of 5 bands in each module of the General IELTS exam;
  • An applicant must have the intention of residing and working in Morden, Manitoba
  • An applicant is required to have an active federal express entry profile that requires a score of CLB 7 as well as the post-secondary education degree approved or supported by Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
  • An applicant must disclose the settlement funds as per the requirements listed by MPNP. These funds are in addition to the actual funds required for expenses during the exploratory visit;
  • $10,000 - Principal Applicant
  • $2,000 - Each added dependent and
  • An applicant must have a fresh 2 years of working experience in the past 5 years of their working in the targeted occupation.

The initiative will surely benefit all the applicants having the experience of living in rural areas who are capable of adapting to the new culture and the environment as well. An exploratory visit to the area will be required for applicants who meet the requirements and have been chosen as potential immigrants to Morden under the Morden Community Immigration Pathway initiative. The prime purpose of the exploratory visit is to successfully clear the interview conducted by MPNP, although it is also recommended to build local contacts as well as seek employment opportunities.

The MPNP demands that the applicant, at the time of the exploratory visit, ensure that he or she fulfills all the minimum requirements. It is also an applicant’s responsibility not to build or maintain any connections during their application and before their arrival outside Morden manitoba population. Application process

  • Step 4:

  • Step 5:
    The applicant will explore Morden during the exploratory visit and will get prepared for an interview that is going to be conducted by an MPNP officer in the end.
  • Step 6:
    If the officer finds the person to be a good candidate for MCDII and MPNP after the interview, the selected candidate will then be sent an invite to apply for Canada PR under the MPNP.
  • Step 7:
    An applicant is allowed to apply for the provincial nomination online via MPNP. This process is usually followed after the applicant’s arrival from the exploratory tour.
  • Step 8:
    After getting reviewed by MPNP, if an applicant is found to have met all the minimum requirements, he or she will then receive a letter of Nomination from the MPNP.
  • Step 9:
    With the help of this Nomination Letter, an applicant is able to apply as a provincial nominee to IRCC.
  • Step 10:
    Further investigation, including medical and criminal background reviews, will then be performed by the IRCC.
  • Step 11:
    After receiving the Canadian PR Visas, along with any of the family members, an applicant must start making arrangements to get shifted to Morden.
