Express Entry Labour Market Stream

The Express Entry Labour Market Stream (EELMS) is one of the mainstream programs being run under the New Brunswick PNP, operated by the New Brunswick Province. EELMS is specially designed to focus on highly skilled foreign workers who can actively contribute to the economy of New Brunswick.

Note: The New Brunswick EELMS functions on the basis of the Expression of Interest (EOI) system, and only accepts the EOIs from the interested applicants who fulfil specific conditions that are different from the eligibility criteria for this stream. As of 26 July 2019, EELMS accepts only the EOIs from those applicants who fulfil the criteria mentioned below

  • Must have the Express Entry profile that is currently active.
  • Must be currently working and staying in New Brunswick province, a job offer letter is required to be included in the application along with the EOI.
  • Must be working at a job with NOC level 0, A, or B, NOC code is mandatory to be included in the application along with the EOI.
  • Must possess a genuine Canadian Work Permit that is valid.
  • Must appear for a valid language test in English or French and the scores must be equal to CLB 7.
  • Must have an ECA determining their education is equal to a Canadian High School diploma

An invite will be sent to all the interested applicants who are nominated via the New Brunswick EELMS to submit their application for the Canadian PR. EELMS is associated with the federal Express Entry immigration system. To become eligible to apply under EELMS, an applicant is required to have an active profile created in Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Worker program.

The New Brunswick province organizes various events overseas at regular intervals for all the foreign nationals who are willing to move to Canada. All the successful applicants who applied under EELMS will then become eligible to move to Canada via the New Brunswick PNP or the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIP).
