Skilled Worker with Employer Support is one of the specially designed streams of the New Brunswick PNP which is operated by the New Brunswick Province. This stream is specifically designed to target all the highly skilled foreign workers having a valid job offer from an eligible employer in New Brunswick province.

All the applicants who got nominated via Skilled Worker with Employer Support stream under New Brunswick PNP (NBPNP) will automatically get passed on to IRCC for the evaluation process of Canadian Permanent Residency (PR). The New Brunswick province organizes events overseas at regular intervals for the foreign nationals who are willing to move to Canada. The applicants who met all the requirements successfully will become eligible to move to Canada via the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) or the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIP).

An applicant only becomes eligible to apply under the Skilled Worker with Employer Support stream in NBPNP, if an eligible employer from New Brunswick Province facilitates him/her with a valid job offer. The job offer must be concerned with the skill level 0, A or B framed by National Occupational Classification (NOC). If the job offer is found to be of NOC Skill Level C or D, it is required to be categorized as NOC Skill Type 1, 3, 7, 8, or 9 in order to be considered as a valid job offer for the required position.

It is mandatory for all the applicants to provide their respective language proficiency scores in English or French languages which must be more than or equal to the CLB level 4.

Applicants are required to have a minimum level of education that is equivalent to the Canadian high school diploma. If the job offered to them by an eligible employer in New Brunswick requires any special or additional education qualification, any special training, any course, or any licenses to perform the duty at the job also needs to be provided by the applicant at the time of application.

Applicants are required to have adequate work experience to fulfil all the duties at the job offered to them by an eligible employer in the New Brunswick province.

Applicants must age between 19 to 55 years on the day NBPNP accepts their application.

An applicant only becomes eligible to apply under the Skilled Worker with Employer Support stream in NBPNP, if an eligible employer from New Brunswick Province facilitates him/her with a valid job offer. Under the Skilled Worker with Employer Support stream in NBPNP, the employer is also required to fulfil certain requirements for their job offers to be referred to as a valid job offer.

The employer is required to offer a full-time job with a general position having a wage rate that meets the framed standards of the industry.

The business of an employer must have been functioning for a minimum period of one year at the time of receipt of the application.

Employers are required to show that they are unable to find a suitable Canadian citizen or a permanent resident to fill the vacant position.

Applicants are required to score a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the selection factors mentioned below to become eligible to apply under Skilled Worker With Employer Support Stream in New Brunswick PNP.
