Prince Edward Island Issued 254 Invitations in Immigration Draw

Prince Edward Island held its latest immigration draw and issued 254 invitations.
Express Entry and Labour Impact: 221
Business Impact : 33 at the score of 92.

Saskatchewan Immigration held draw under International Skilled Worker category through two subcategories: Express Entry, and Occupations In-Demand and issued a total of 551 invitations to immigration candidates who had work experience in certain 56 occupations at the score of 78.
The 337 applicants were invited under the Occupations In-Demand subcategory at the score of 80. A total of 75 occupations were included in this draw.

Newfoundland and Labrador’s Provincial Announced New Immigration Pathway

Newfoundland and Labrador’s provincial government announced a new immigration pathway that will look to retain newcomers who are already in the province.

Priority Skills Newfoundland and Labrador, under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), will focus on highly educated and skilled candidates with work experience in specialized industries such as technology. This program will be in effect from January 2, 2021.

Reason for launching new pathway to address the province’s labour shortages in certain high-growth sectors according to employers’ growing demand for skilled and experienced workers.

Canada Immigration News: SNIP Invites 272 Express Entry Candidates & 262 Occupations In-Demand

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) issued candidates from the International Skilled Worker category through two subcategories: Express Entry, and Occupations In-Demand.

Total of 534 invitations to immigration candidates with a minimum cut-off score of 68.

Out of 534 invitation, 272 invited under Express Entry candidates with 68 points. There were 47 occupations included in the draw under the Express Entry subcategory.
