In the 17th All Program Express Entry Draw for 2023, Canada invites 3,725 candidates for PR.

On October 10, 2023, the current Express Entry lottery sent out 3,725 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) in a 'no programme stated' round of invites.

In this 'no programme stated' draw, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cutoff score reduces by four points to 500.

This year, Canada has held the following draws:

17 total program draws.
There were four PNP draws.
Four draws are aimed specifically towards French speakers.
Two drawings are aimed specifically at healthcare occupations
One draw is aimed specifically towards STEM occupations
One draw is aimed at skilled trades
One draw is aimed just at Federal Skilled Worker candidates
One draw is aimed specifically at transport employment.
One draw is aimed specifically for agriculture and agri-food occupations.

After inviting 45,115 candidates in total in 2022, IRCC has now granted 89,773 ITAs in 2023.
