1,694 Express Entry profiles are invited for a new Ontario-OINP draw.

1,694 Express Entry profiles offering provincial nomination under the Skilled Trades Stream were directly called to the Ontario-OINP draw today.

The invitation was extended to valid Express Entry profiles formed between May 18, 2022, and May 18, 2023 with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in one of 46 vocations or NOCs between 250 and 489.

For the Express Entry Skilled Trades draw, no separate OINP profile is necessary, however valid profiles must be in the 46 Skilled Trades occupations.

The provincial nomination adds 600 points to the Fast Entry profile already in place.

If any of the invited profiles in today's draw accept their Ontario Provincial Nomination, their Express Entry CRS score will increase to between 850 and 1,089 points.

2023 BC PNP Draw | British Columbia PNP Draws

The latest BC PNP draw of 2023 sent out 202 invitations to apply for permanent residency in both the general and targeted draws.

A total of 162 invitations were issued in a general draw (including technical occupations) under five major categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).

In addition, 29 invitations were sent to profiles with Early Childhood Educator experience, and 11 invitations were sent to profiles with 39 healthcare-related occupations.

When compared to the previous BC PNP general draw, the cutoff score remains the same across all categories.

1,863 Express Entry profiles have been directly invited to the new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program-OINP draw today under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

Nine tech-related NOCs/occupations with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) scores between 475 and 482 were invited to submit profiles for today's OINP draw.

Express Entry profiles established between May 5, 2022, and May 5, 2023 are taken into account in this draw.

List of NOCs and occupations invited to today's OINP Draw.

  • NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
  • NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
  • NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and
  • NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers

  • NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

As of now, 5,402 notifications of interests(NOI) have been submitted to Ontario under the Human Capital Priorities Stream in 2023.

At Least 172 Invitations to Immigrate to Canada Are Issued By British Columbia In A Fresh PNP Draw.

British Columbia has held New draws, sending out at least 172 invites via various British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program streams.

There were two types of drawings on May 2: general and targeted.

133 invites were sent out through five BC PNP streams for skilled employees and international graduates in the general draw, which covered tech occupations. The minimum scores were between 85 and 107 points.

Additional 22 invitations were sent out for the targeted draw to qualified candidates and foreign graduates who received at least 60 points in the draw for Early Childhood Educators and Assistants under NOC 42202.

A draw for healthcare employees resulted in 16 invites being sent to skilled workers, foreign graduates, entry-level and semi-skilled workers, and anyone else who scored at least 60 points.

In a draw for other priority occupations under NOCs 31103 and 32104, all of which required 60 points, skilled workers and international graduates received less than 5 invites as part of the final batch. To safeguard the privacy of individuals who were invited, the number was noted as being less than 5.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Invited 558 skilled worker overseas applicants.

Manitoba PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) invited 558 applicants for permanent residency (PR) in an exclusive Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) draw on April 27, 2023.

This SWO draw was unique in that it did not specify "Strategic Recruitment Initiative" as a requirement for invitation.

As a result, the cutoff score fell by 103 points to 616, compared to the previous MPNP draw, which declared a cutoff of 719.

Out of 558 candidates, 344 declared a valid Express Entry profile when submitting an EOI (Expression of Interest) for the MPNP.
