Canada’s recent PNP draws in Alberta, Ontario and British Columbia.

ALBERTA:

Newest Alberta PNP Draw: On August 1, 2023, two new Alberta Express Entry draws sent out only 43 Notice of Interest (NOI) letters proposing provincial nomination.

These two Alberta PNP draws included Express Entry profiles with a CRS score of 317 or higher and who met the qualifications specified below.

Only 11 Express Entry profiles with a CRS score of 317 or above were invited in one of the most recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) draws.

This attracts targeted Express Entry profiles with a Dedicated Healthcare Pathway offering Alberta career opportunities.

The second Alberta PNP draw attracted 32 Express Entry profiles with a CRS score of 322 or above and an Agricultural job offer in Alberta.

ONTARIO:

In a new draw conducted by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, Ontario has awarded 2,844 Canada immigration invites to Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream candidates (OINP).

Candidates in 46 occupations with scores ranging from 250 to 516 Comprehensive Ranking System points were invited to the August 3 draw.

BRITISH COLUMBIA:

British Columbia has issued at least 195 invitations to fresh draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program's various streams.

Certain occupations were targeted in the August 1 drawings.

132 invites were awarded in a tech draw to qualified workers and international grads with a minimum score of 88 points.

A total of 39 invites were sent to qualified professionals and international graduates who received at least 60 points in a draw for Early Childhood Educators and Assistants under NOC 42202.

A draw for Healthcare employees resulted in 23 invites being issued to skilled workers, international graduates, entry level and semi-skilled workers, all with a minimum score of 60 points.

A total of 5 invites were issued to skilled employees and international graduates in a draw aimed at additional priority occupations under NOCs 31103, 32104, which also required 60 points. To safeguard the identities of individuals invited, the number was listed as less than 5.
