The qualifying candidate is required to have a minimum score of 626 points as cut off.

1,006 invitations to apply for Canada immigration have been issued as a result of a fresh draw that Quebec immigration conducted using the Arrima Expression of Interest system.
Candidates who achieved 626 points or more on the Quebec Expression of Interest point system and who could speak French at a level 7 or higher were included in the first category.

In the second group, applicants with job offers from locations outside than the metropolis of Montreal were sought after. For these applicants, there was no required minimum score.
